As you drive south on NC Highway 12 onto Hatteras Island, continue through Rodanthe, Waves, and Salvo until you reach the village of Avon. Once in Avon continue south for approximately 1 mile until you see the entrance to Ocean Isle Estates on your left. (This is across from the Breeze Thru and Ketch 55) Turn left into the neighborhood and the house is the 2nd on your right.
